Conference Visa

It is the responsibility of the delegate to investigate the visa requirements for Canada and apply for a

conference visa, if necessary.

Conference official invitation letter

If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the conference

organizers to help facilitate the visa process.

Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates.

Accommodation

Generally, the registration fee includes accommodation for the entire duration of the conference.

If you registered and payment has been confirmed, please do not contact the hotel directly as while your

booking is confirmed, guest names are not sent until 28 days prior to the conference and the hotel will not have

a record of individual names.

Costs for overnight accommodation will not be WCLIC 2024 responsibility; you will need to pay the overnight

hotel costs direct to the hotel before departure if necessary. Any cancellations or non arrivals for all hotels will

be invoiced as per the terms and conditions of booking.

We reserve the right to amend the event programme where circumstances dictate.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event if circumstances outside of our control deem cancellation

to be necessary. We will do our best to rearrange dates wherever possible and will transfer existing bookings to

the new dates.
